BKM Travels LLC — Legally Binding Agreement

⚠ Important Notice PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING ANY TRAVEL SERVICES WITH BKM TRAVELS LLC. BY ACCESSING OUR WEBSITE, COMMUNICATING WITH OUR AGENTS, REQUESTING TRAVEL SERVICES, OR COMPLETING A BOOKING, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Traveler," "Customer," "Passenger," or "You") and BKM Travels LLC.

Agency Disclosure

BKM Travels LLC acts solely as an independent travel agency and intermediary for third-party travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, car rental companies, transportation providers, activity operators, insurance providers, and vacation package wholesalers (collectively, "Travel Suppliers").

BKM Travels LLC does not own, control, operate, or manage any airline, hotel, cruise line, vehicle, transportation provider, or travel service. All reservations made through BKM Travels LLC are subject to the terms, conditions, rules, restrictions, and policies imposed by the respective Travel Suppliers.

By making a booking through BKM Travels LLC, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • BKM Travels LLC is not the provider of the travel services
  • Your contract for travel services is directly with the applicable Travel Supplier
  • Additional supplier-specific terms and conditions may apply
  • You are responsible for reviewing and complying with all supplier rules and restrictions

Acceptance of Terms

By booking travel services with BKM Travels LLC, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You possess the legal authority to enter into binding agreements
  • All information provided by you is accurate and complete
  • You will use our services only for legitimate travel reservations
  • You accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account

If you are booking on behalf of other travelers, you agree that you have authority to accept these Terms and Conditions on their behalf.

Booking Process

3.1 Reservation Requests

All bookings are considered requests until confirmed by the applicable Travel Supplier. Prices, fares, schedules, availability, and inventory are not guaranteed until payment is processed and confirmation is issued.

3.2 Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only when:

  • Full payment has been received
  • The Travel Supplier has accepted the reservation
  • A confirmation number, e-ticket, or booking reference has been issued

Receipt of an itinerary request or payment acknowledgment does not guarantee booking confirmation.

3.3 Right to Refuse Service

BKM Travels LLC reserves the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, limit transactions, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion, including in cases involving suspected fraud, abusive conduct, chargeback abuse, policy violations, or suspicious payment activity.

Pricing and Fares

4.1 Price Changes

Travel prices are dynamic and subject to change without notice until ticketed or fully confirmed. BKM Travels LLC is not responsible for fare increases resulting from supplier pricing updates, currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, tax increases, government-imposed fees, inventory changes, or system errors.

4.2 Pricing Errors

In the event of an obvious pricing error, system malfunction, technical issue, or incorrect fare publication, BKM Travels LLC reserves the right to cancel affected bookings and provide a refund of amounts paid.

4.3 Taxes and Fees

Quoted prices may include base fares, government taxes, airport charges, supplier fees, booking fees, convenience fees, and service fees. Additional charges may apply at check-in or during travel, including baggage fees, seat selection fees, resort fees, security deposits, fuel surcharges, parking fees, local tourism taxes, port fees, gratuities, and incidentals. These charges are your sole responsibility.

Payments

5.1 Payment Authorization

By providing payment information, you authorize BKM Travels LLC and applicable suppliers to charge the payment method provided for all amounts related to your booking.

5.2 Payment Verification

BKM Travels LLC reserves the right to verify payment information before processing bookings. We may require government-issued identification, billing verification, credit card authorization forms, or additional documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in booking cancellation.

Service Fees

BKM Travels LLC may charge non-refundable service fees for booking processing, reservation changes, cancellations, refund processing, name corrections, reinstatement requests, customer support services, special requests, and travel consultation services. Service fees are separate from supplier penalties and are generally non-refundable. A schedule of current fees may be provided upon request or displayed during booking.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Changes

7.1 Supplier Rules Apply

All cancellations, refunds, exchanges, and changes are subject to the rules and restrictions of the applicable Travel Supplier. Many travel products are non-refundable and non-changeable.

7.2 Airline Tickets

Most discounted airline tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, subject to airline penalties, and subject to fare differences. Changes may require payment of airline change fees, fare increases, and BKM Travels LLC service fees.

7.3 Voluntary Cancellations

If you cancel a booking voluntarily, refund eligibility depends entirely on supplier policies. Service fees are non-refundable. Certain bookings may result in future travel credit only. Refund processing times may range from 30 to 120 days.

7.4 No-Shows

Failure to appear for scheduled travel ("No-Show") may result in complete forfeiture of fare, cancellation of return or onward segments, loss of hotel reservations, and additional penalties.

7.5 Refund Processing

BKM Travels LLC does not control supplier refund timelines. Refunds are processed only after supplier approval, receipt of refunded funds from the supplier, and completion of applicable processing procedures.

7.6 Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable: service fees, booking fees, insurance premiums, certain promotional fares, last-minute deals, and special event packages.

Name Changes and Corrections

Passenger names must exactly match government-issued identification and travel documents. Name changes are generally prohibited by suppliers after ticket issuance. Minor name corrections may be permitted subject to supplier approval, applicable fees, and fare recalculation. BKM Travels LLC is not responsible for denied boarding due to incorrect passenger information.

Travel Documents and Entry Requirements

You are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, transit visas, entry permits, health certificates, vaccination records, and required identification documents. Passport validity requirements vary by destination and may require validity extending six months beyond travel dates. BKM Travels LLC does not guarantee entry into any country. Travelers denied boarding, transit, or entry due to improper documentation are solely responsible for resulting losses.

Health and Medical Requirements

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for travel. Certain destinations may require vaccinations, medical clearances, health declarations, COVID-19 documentation, or travel insurance. BKM Travels LLC makes no representation regarding health or safety conditions at destinations. Travelers with medical conditions, disabilities, or special requirements should notify suppliers directly before booking.

Travel Insurance

BKM Travels LLC strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. Travel insurance may provide coverage for trip cancellations, medical emergencies, travel delays, lost baggage, emergency evacuations, and supplier default. Travel insurance coverage is subject to the terms and exclusions of the insurance provider. BKM Travels LLC is not an insurance carrier and is not responsible for claim determinations.

Schedule Changes and Disruptions

Travel Suppliers may change flight schedules, aircraft types, hotel accommodations, cruise itineraries, departure times, and routes. BKM Travels LLC has no control over supplier schedule changes and shall not be liable for delays, missed connections, additional expenses, loss of enjoyment, or consequential damages arising from disruptions caused by weather, natural disasters, strikes, government actions, pandemics, civil unrest, supplier operational issues, air traffic control restrictions, or mechanical failures.

Force Majeure

BKM Travels LLC shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, weather events, hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, fires, war, terrorism, epidemics, pandemics, government restrictions, labor disputes, supplier insolvency, or transportation interruptions. Under such circumstances, refunds and credits shall be subject solely to supplier policies.

Baggage · Hotels · Vacation Packages · Car Rentals

14. Baggage Policy

Baggage allowances and fees are determined by individual airlines and suppliers. Travelers are responsible for verifying baggage restrictions, paying excess baggage fees, and complying with security regulations. Claims for baggage issues must be filed directly with the airline or supplier.

15. Hotel Bookings

Hotel accommodations are subject to supplier availability and policies. Special requests such as bed type, smoking preference, adjoining rooms, early check-in, or late checkout cannot be guaranteed. BKM Travels LLC is not responsible for hotel overbooking, maintenance issues, or supplier operational decisions.

16. Vacation Packages

Vacation packages may include multiple travel components, each governed by separate supplier terms. Unused package components are generally non-refundable. Partial cancellations may not be permitted.

17. Car Rental Bookings

Car rental reservations are subject to supplier terms and local laws. Additional charges may apply for insurance, fuel, toll fees, young drivers, additional drivers, GPS rentals, child seats, and late returns. Drivers must possess valid driver's licenses, acceptable payment methods, and required minimum age qualifications.

Group Travel (Air, Hotel, or Combined)

⚠ Important THESE GROUP TRAVEL TERMS CONSTITUTE A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN BKM TRAVELS LLC AND THE GROUP LEADER, ORGANIZER, AND ALL TRAVELERS PARTICIPATING IN ANY GROUP TRAVEL ARRANGEMENT BOOKED THROUGH BKM TRAVELS LLC.

18.1 Definitions

Group Travel — any travel arrangement involving 10+ airline passengers or 10+ hotel rooms, or coordinated travel for weddings, corporate events, conferences, reunions, religious organizations, sports teams, schools, or social groups.

Group Leader — the person, organization, or representative coordinating the group reservation.

Travel Suppliers — airlines, hotels, resorts, transportation providers, cruise lines, tour operators, DMCs, and all third-party vendors involved.

18.3 Group Leader Responsibilities

The Group Leader represents and warrants they have authority to act on behalf of all travelers, accept these Terms on their behalf, communicate all supplier rules and deadlines, collect payments, provide accurate traveler information, and remain financially responsible for the reservation.

18.4 Group Quotations

All group quotations are subject to availability, supplier approval, and price changes until confirmed. Non-binding until deposits are received. BKM Travels LLC reserves the right to revise pricing before confirmation.

18.5 Group Confirmation

A Group Travel reservation is not considered confirmed until required deposits are paid, supplier inventory is secured, contracts are executed where required, and written confirmation is issued.

18.6 Deposits

Group reservations generally require non-refundable deposits. Failure to submit deposits by the specified due date may result in automatic cancellation, release of reserved inventory, loss of negotiated rates, and additional supplier penalties. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, all group deposits are non-refundable.

18.7 Payment Terms

Final payment deadlines are strictly enforced. Failure to make final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation, additional penalties, loss of deposits, and repricing of remaining reservations. Returned checks, declined cards, or disputed payments may result in booking cancellation, late fees, and collection efforts.

18.8 Group Size Requirements

If the group size falls below supplier minimum requirements, rates may increase, complimentary benefits may be removed, supplier concessions may be canceled, and additional charges may apply.

18.9 Airline Group Terms

Airline ticketing deadlines are mandatory. Failure to submit names, payments, or documentation by deadlines may result in cancellation of airline space, increased fares, penalties, and loss of seats. Group seating requests are not guaranteed.

18.10 Hotel Group Terms

Specific room locations, adjoining rooms, bedding types, and floor requests are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing. The Group Leader is responsible for submitting accurate rooming lists by supplier deadlines. Hotels may require credit cards or security deposits for incidentals.

18.12 Name Requirements

Traveler names must exactly match government-issued identification and passports. The Group Leader is responsible for ensuring name accuracy. Incorrect names may result in denied boarding, airline penalties, hotel check-in refusal, ticket reissuance fees, and complete forfeiture of fares.

18.16 Group Cancellations

Group cancellation penalties are determined by supplier contracts. Cancellation penalties generally increase as departure approaches. Certain deposits, airline fares, hotel commitments, and supplier charges may be entirely non-refundable. No-Shows may result in total forfeiture of payments and cancellation of remaining itinerary segments.

18.17 Attrition Clauses

Hotel and event contracts may include attrition requirements. Failure to meet contracted minimums may result in financial damages, penalty assessments, and additional supplier charges. The Group Leader accepts responsibility for attrition-related charges.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BKM TRAVELS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY · DEATH · PROPERTY DAMAGE · TRAVEL DELAYS · MISSED CONNECTIONS · SUPPLIER DEFAULT · EVENT CANCELLATIONS · LOST PROFITS · LOSS OF ENJOYMENT · INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. BKM Travels LLC's liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount of service fees paid directly to BKM Travels LLC.

Customer Responsibilities · Fraud · Liability · Warranties

19. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to comply with all laws and regulations, comply with supplier rules, not engage in abusive or disruptive conduct, not misuse booking systems, and not make speculative, false, or fraudulent reservations. BKM Travels LLC reserves the right to cancel bookings associated with prohibited conduct.

19. Fraud Prevention

BKM Travels LLC reserves the right to refuse suspicious transactions, verify customer identities, cancel fraudulent bookings, and report suspected fraud to authorities. Use of stolen payment methods, fake identities, or unauthorized cards is strictly prohibited.

20. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BKM TRAVELS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: PERSONAL INJURY · DEATH · PROPERTY DAMAGE · LOSS OF ENJOYMENT · TRAVEL INTERRUPTIONS · DELAYS · CANCELLATIONS · SUPPLIER DEFAULT · LOST PROFITS · CONSEQUENTIAL · INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. BKM Travels LLC's liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid directly to BKM Travels LLC for the booking in question.

21. Disclaimer of Warranties

All travel services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." BKM Travels LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of supplier information. We do not guarantee availability, pricing, supplier performance, or uninterrupted website functionality.

22. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BKM Travels LLC, its officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these terms, your negligence, misconduct, violation of laws, or disputes with suppliers.

Arbitration · Governing Law · General Provisions

23. Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, bookings, or services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in the State of South Carolina, governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, on an individual basis only. You waive any right to jury trials, class actions, and collective proceedings.

24. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

25. Class Action Waiver

You agree that all disputes shall be resolved individually and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action.

26. Website Use

You agree not to use automated systems or bots, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website functionality, upload malicious software, or scrape pricing or inventory data. Unauthorized use may result in termination and legal action.

27. Privacy

Personal information collected by BKM Travels LLC is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to collection of personal data, sharing information with suppliers, processing payments, and communications regarding bookings.

28. Electronic Communications

By providing contact information, you consent to receiving emails, electronic messages, automated calls, booking notifications, and customer service communications. Message and data rates may apply.

29–32. Intellectual Property · Severability · Entire Agreement · Modifications

All website content, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and materials are the property of BKM Travels LLC or its licensors. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully enforceable. BKM Travels LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

⚠ Binding Agreement THESE TERMS CONSTITUTE A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN BKM TRAVELS LLC AND ANY CUSTOMER, TRAVELER, CARDHOLDER, GROUP LEADER, OR PURCHASER WHO PURCHASES OR ATTEMPTS TO PURCHASE ANY TRAVEL SERVICE THROUGH BKM TRAVELS LLC.

Purpose and Fraud Prevention Policy

BKM Travels LLC maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding payment fraud, chargeback abuse, friendly fraud, unauthorized payment disputes, identity theft, false claims, booking manipulation, credit card abuse, and fraudulent travel activity. All bookings are subject to extensive fraud screening and payment verification procedures.

Customer Representations and Warranties

By purchasing travel services through BKM Travels LLC, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are the authorized holder or authorized user of the payment method used
  • You have legal authority to approve the transaction
  • All information provided is accurate, truthful, and complete
  • You are not using stolen, fraudulent, unauthorized, or compromised payment credentials
  • You will not initiate improper or fraudulent chargebacks
  • You understand and accept the cancellation, refund, and supplier policies applicable to your booking

Providing false information constitutes material fraud and may result in cancellation, forfeiture of funds, denial of services, civil claims, and criminal referral.

3. Payment Authorization

By providing payment information, you expressly authorize BKM Travels LLC and applicable travel suppliers to charge the payment method provided, pre-authorize transactions, verify identity and billing information, process multiple transactions related to the booking, and apply additional authorized charges including supplier penalties, fare increases, taxes, and service fees. Electronic authorization, verbal approval, IP verification, SMS confirmation, email confirmation, digital signatures, or submission of payment details constitute valid authorization.

4. Payment Verification Requirements

BKM Travels LLC may require, without limitation: government-issued photo identification, credit or debit card copies, cardholder authorization forms, proof of address, utility bills, bank verification, live identity verification, signed authorization documents, video verification, IP address validation, device authentication, or telephone confirmation. Failure to provide requested verification may result in immediate cancellation, denial of ticket issuance, and refusal of future bookings.

5. Right to Refuse or Cancel Bookings

BKM Travels LLC reserves the absolute right to refuse any booking, cancel any reservation, void any ticket, or deny service when it determines, in its sole discretion, that a transaction may involve fraud risk, chargeback risk, unauthorized payment activity, suspicious behavior, identity discrepancies, false representations, high-risk booking patterns, or abuse of travel services.

Chargeback Policy

8.1 Agreement to Resolve Disputes Directly

Customers agree to contact BKM Travels LLC directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback, dispute, retrieval request, or payment reversal. Failure to attempt direct resolution before filing a chargeback constitutes a breach of these Terms.

8.2 Improper Chargebacks

The following constitute improper or fraudulent chargebacks:

  • Claiming a transaction was unauthorized after valid authorization
  • Claiming services were not received after travel occurred
  • Disputing charges due to disagreement with supplier rules
  • Disputing non-refundable bookings
  • Filing disputes after accepting tickets or confirmations
  • Filing disputes due to missed flights, visa denials, or personal circumstances
  • Filing disputes while simultaneously utilizing travel services

8.3 Evidence Submission

BKM Travels LLC may submit evidence in defense of chargebacks, including signed agreements, booking confirmations, supplier confirmations, emails, SMS communications, IP logs, device records, telephone recordings, verification documents, passenger manifests, airline ticket status, hotel check-in records, usage records, and digital acceptance records.

8.4 Chargeback Recovery

In the event of an improper or unsuccessful chargeback, BKM Travels LLC reserves the right to recover the disputed amount, chargeback fees, banking fees, collection costs, attorney's fees, and administrative expenses. Customers remain fully liable for all amounts owed regardless of payment disputes.

8.5 Collection Activity

Unpaid balances arising from chargebacks may be referred to collections agencies, attorneys, credit reporting agencies, and fraud databases. Customers shall remain liable for all associated recovery costs.

Friendly Fraud Prohibition

"Friendly Fraud" includes any situation in which a customer knowingly authorizes a transaction and later disputes the charge improperly, such as: forgetting about the purchase, family member usage disputes, attempting to avoid cancellation penalties, attempting to recover non-refundable fares, or disputing valid travel charges after services are delivered. BKM Travels LLC aggressively contests friendly fraud claims and reserves all legal remedies.

Travel Document Acceptance · Supplier Responsibility · Civil Liability

10. Travel Document Acceptance

Acceptance of airline tickets, booking confirmations, hotel vouchers, itineraries, emails, reservation numbers, or travel documents constitutes acknowledgment of services rendered and acceptance of charges. Use of any portion of booked travel services constitutes conclusive evidence that services were provided as contracted.

11. Third-Party Supplier Responsibility

Travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers. Disputes regarding supplier policies do not constitute grounds for payment reversal or chargeback against BKM Travels LLC.

14. Civil and Criminal Liability

Fraudulent activity may subject customers to civil liability, contract damages, collection proceedings, and criminal prosecution. BKM Travels LLC reserves the right to cooperate fully with fraud investigations conducted by banks, airlines, hotels, government authorities, and law enforcement agencies.

Price Match Guarantee

BKM Travels LLC — Eligibility, Verification & Limitations

⚠ Please Read Carefully THESE PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE TERMS CONSTITUTE A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN BKM TRAVELS LLC AND ANY CUSTOMER REQUESTING OR RECEIVING A PRICE MATCH.

Overview of Price Match Guarantee

BKM Travels LLC offers a Price Match Guarantee ("PMG") on eligible travel bookings, subject to the terms, conditions, restrictions, limitations, and verification requirements set forth herein. If you find a lower publicly available price for an identical travel itinerary offered by an eligible competing travel provider, BKM Travels LLC may, at its sole discretion, match the lower qualifying price, provide a travel credit, provide a partial refund, adjust the booking price, or offer an equivalent promotional benefit.

The Price Match Guarantee applies only to qualifying bookings that fully satisfy all eligibility requirements and is not a price protection program.

2. Eligible Bookings

The Price Match Guarantee may apply to eligible airline tickets, hotel reservations, vacation packages, air + hotel packages, and group travel reservations where expressly approved. Eligibility is determined solely by BKM Travels LLC. Certain suppliers, negotiated rates, consolidator fares, private rates, wholesale rates, unpublished fares, and contract rates may be excluded.

3. Identical Itinerary Requirement

To qualify, the competing offer must be for an identical itinerary. For airline bookings this includes: airline, flight numbers, departure/arrival airports, dates, cabin class, fare class, number of travelers, baggage inclusions, refundability, and change restrictions. For hotel bookings: hotel property, room type, bedding, occupancy, dates, meal plans, cancellation policies, and resort fee inclusions.

4. Qualifying Competitor Requirements

The lower competing price must be publicly available to the general public, available for immediate booking, verifiable by BKM Travels LLC, and originate from a legitimate licensed travel provider. The competing provider must not require membership access, coupon codes, employee discounts, loyalty status, or be a closed-user-group or private offer.

The following are specifically excluded from the Price Match Guarantee:

Supplier unpublished rates

Request Deadlines · Verification · Approval

6. Price Match Request Deadlines

Price Match requests must be submitted before ticket issuance for airline reservations, before final payment for hotel or package reservations, and within twenty-four (24) hours of booking where applicable. Requests submitted after ticket issuance, hotel confirmation finalization, or commencement of travel may be denied.

7. Price Match Verification Process

Customers requesting a Price Match must provide: competing website URL, screenshot evidence with current date and timestamp, full itinerary details, pricing breakdown, traveler details, and proof of availability. BKM Travels LLC reserves the right to independently verify all claims and confirm the competing offer remains bookable with all taxes and fees included.

9. Price Match Approvals

If approved, BKM Travels LLC may, at its sole discretion, match the lower price, issue partial refunds, apply travel credits, provide vouchers, or apply promotional adjustments. The form of compensation shall be determined exclusively by BKM Travels LLC. Price Match approvals may require re-ticketing, rebooking, fare recalculation, and supplier approval.

Non-Refundable Fees · Limitations · Fraud · General Provisions

10. Non-Refundable Fees

Service fees, booking fees, processing fees, fraud screening fees, insurance premiums, and payment processing charges are generally non-refundable and excluded from Price Match calculations.

11. Limitations and Disclaimers

BKM Travels LLC does not guarantee the lowest market price at all times, availability of competing rates, continuous inventory, or supplier participation. BKM Travels LLC shall not be liable for fare increases, inventory sellouts, website errors, supplier pricing changes, delayed submissions, or inability to verify competing rates.

12. Fraud Prevention and Abuse

BKM Travels LLC reserves the right to deny Price Match requests involving manipulated screenshots, fraudulent pricing claims, unauthorized websites, automated scraping tools, abuse of promotional programs, repetitive or excessive claims, or suspected bad-faith conduct. Fraudulent submissions may result in cancellation of reservations, forfeiture of funds, denial of future services, and legal action.

13–15. One Per Booking · Group Bookings · No Cash Value

Only one Price Match request is permitted per booking. Group travel reservations may be excluded unless specifically approved in writing. Travel credits, vouchers, or promotional adjustments issued under the Price Match Guarantee have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be subject to expiration dates.

16–17. Supplier Terms · Right to Modify

All bookings remain subject to airline fare rules, hotel policies, and suppliers' cancellation and change penalties. BKM Travels LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict eligibility, or terminate the Price Match Guarantee program at any time without prior notice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BKM TRAVELS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR PRICE DIFFERENCES · LOST SAVINGS · MISSED DISCOUNTS · INVENTORY CHANGES · CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES · LOST PROFITS · OR SUPPLIER ERRORS. BKM Travels LLC's total liability under this program shall not exceed the amount of the approved price adjustment.
